Job summary

Hertz Local Edition in Naples, FL is seeking a Part Time Sales & Service Associate to deliver world-class customer service and professionally sell Hertz products and services to meet travel and insurance replacement needs.

As a commission-based team member, you will handle reservations, upsell options, and drive revenue while supporting a fast-paced rental environment; flexible shifts including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Able to work weekends/holidays and overtime as required.
• Stand for long periods and work outdoors when needed.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate and offer ancillary products and services to enhance the customer’s travel experience.
• Sell core Hertz products and services to meet customer needs.
• Achieve personal sales goals while supporting team objectives.
• Work in a fast-paced sales environment delivering quality service.
• Convert inquiries to reservations and rentals.
• Provide a positive customer service experience and address needs.
• Solicit bookings after rate quotes and overcome objections to place a reservation.
• Assist customers with post-rental inquiries including billing processes.
