Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with good standing.
• Fluency in English.
• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and offer ancillary products to enhance the customer’s experience.
• Sell core Hertz products and services to meet travel and replacement needs.
• Achieve personal sales goals while supporting team goals.
• Provide fast, friendly service in a high-volume environment and upsell where appropriate.
• Convert inquiries into reservations and rentals; handle post-rental inquiries.
