• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with professionalism and care.
• Schedule and confirm insurance policy review appointments.
• Conduct outbound calls regarding late payments and account follow-ups.
• Process customer payments and provide basic account assistance.
• Maintain accurate client records and update agency systems.
• Support client retention through outreach, thank-you notes, and birthday cards.
