Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical duties
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
• High level of integrity is required
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms and floors
• Maintaining a safe, respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders
• Handling sales transactions at the cash register
• Protecting cash and company assets
• Other duties as assigned
