PLS Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at 1304 SW Military Drive, San Antonio, TX 78221. The CSR will be the face of PLS, delivering friendly service and educating customers on our financial products.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, maintaining a balanced cash drawer, complying with regulations, and supporting a clean, welcoming store. English fluency is required; bilingual a plus.

Formación

• Prior customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to offer products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Flexible hours: early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English fluency required; English/Spanish bilingual a plus.

• Helping maintain a neat, clean store environment for customers and team members.
• Performing other duties as instructed by management.
