Responsibilities

• Provides customer service in person, via email, phone and live chat.
• Bill products, receive payments, run scale, and track inventory.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and issues.
• Maintain grain, petroleum, feed and/or agronomy records for the location.
• Accept and record prepayments and bookings for products.
• Price and process payment for commodities delivered by customers.
• Maintain cash drawers and deposits at end of day.
