Pay-O-Matic is hiring a part-time CSR for Mon, Fri, Sat, Sun at our Bronx store. You will handle customer transactions, cash checks, money transfers, bill payments, and sell prepaid products while delivering courteous service.

The role requires flexibility to float to nearby stores, weekend/holiday hours, and maintaining a clean, secure workspace. Our benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and sick leave; compensation is $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience or equivalent.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and respond to customers’ needs.
• Process customer transactions including cashing checks, money transfers, bill payments, and selling prepaid products.
• Open new preferred customer accounts and issue customer cards like inPower debit card.
• Ensure completion of customer transactions in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain customer accounts by updating photos, addresses, and phone numbers.
• Maintain knowledge of Payomatic’s products and services.
• Respond to inquiries regarding accounts and services professionally.
• Promote Payomatic’s services by informing customers of available options.
• Follow cash handling procedures and safety policies.
• Keep the store and Secure Area clean and organized.
