Job summary

Planet Fitness in Middleburg Heights, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior member experience in a friendly, Judgement Free environment. This part-time position starts at $12 per hour with consistent scheduling based on availability.

You will answer phones, greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities, and promote fitness classes while adhering to scripts and company standards. A HS diploma, 18+ years, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Able to follow script to deliver information to prospects and members.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
