Michaels is hiring a Part-time Service Team Member in Capitola, CA. You will assist customers, operate the register, and help unload trucks to keep shelves stocked and visually appealing.

Team members participate in framing sales, omnichannel tasks like BOPIS/SFS, and adhere to SOPs while providing a friendly, safe shopping environment. Availability for nights, weekends, and mornings is required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Educate customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; complete returns/go backs.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; promote a positive store image.
• Work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Must meet age requirement (16+) per policy.
• Follow safety and shrink programs.
