Qualifikationen

• 6 months of computer usage including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 months experience with common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction)
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform job duties
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelf spaces and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (paint tinting, cutting items)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
