Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Marietta, GA. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Tools.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, reading and writing.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs with/without accommodation.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus and preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in department as needed (e.g., paint mixing, cut pipes).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties.
