Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, merchandising, and front-end support. You will help create a clean, welcoming shopping environment and work across roles as needed to serve customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and maintain friendly, professional interactions while handling sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as required.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms and floors to keep store presentable.
• Maintaining a positive environment and professional interactions with customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register and protecting cash and assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
