Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Lancaster, SC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help run daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers and supporting front-end duties as needed. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
