Job summary

Family Dollar in Dearing, GA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store well-stocked and orderly.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior retail or service experience is preferred. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods while delivering excellent service and friendly interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail, hospitality, or service industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and assets.
• Keep the store stocked and merchandise replenished.
• Unload trucks and stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
