Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time hours are available at the Fairburn location, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
