Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC in Griffin, GA is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, stock and receive merchandise, and promote a safe, friendly environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior retail or service experience is preferred. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and work a part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
