Job summary

Dollar Tree, located in Rantoul, IL, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales, and help keep the store stocked and presentable.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, replenishing stock, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and supporting leadership with daily operations. A high school diploma is preferred and prior retail or service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
