Family Dollar in Pierson, FL is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, ring up sales, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

You will assist with questions, process transactions, receive merchandise, and support multiple tasks while delivering friendly service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and endure frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
