Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs; frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team.
• Other duties as assigned.
