Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the cash register, and keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and frontline customer service experience. You will work part-time in Oak Harbor, WA and join a team focused on friendly, respectful service. Occasional unloading of merchandise may be required and lifting 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate store procedures.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and merchandise recovered.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks for stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
