Job summary

Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate for the HELE Waimanalo store on a part-time basis. The role involves greeting customers, ringing up sales on POS, handling cash, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness while following safety policies.

The position offers hourly pay between $17.15 and $21.15 and a $3.00 shift differential eligibility. Work location is at 41-1517 Kalanianaole Hwy, Waimanalo, HI 96795, with opportunities to grow within our Hawaii retail

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English (orally and in writing).
• Ability to work various shifts as scheduled and arrive on time.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide prompt and courteous customer service; may be required to assist customers at the gas pump.
• Accurately ring up all sales on POS system, comply with cash handling procedures.
• Responsible for all cash and other forms of tender (e.g. coupons, credit card transactions).
• Comply with company policies and store procedures, including safety and environmental policies.
• Responsible for receiving, stocking & organizing merchandise.
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and shift audits.
• Attend mandatory job-related meetings/trainings as needed.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain site cleanliness inside and out, and basic upkeep of equipment.
• Identify equipment problems and report as needed.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision and may work flexible hours.
