Job summary

Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. is hiring at one of our HELE convenience stores in Kahului, HI. The Customer Service Associate / Convenience Store Cashier role provides friendly service, accurate cash handling, and daily store operations support.

You will ring sales, stock merchandise, uphold safety policies, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. The position offers part-time or full-time potential, a $3.00 shift differential, and growth opportunities within Par Pacific’s retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Ability to work varying shifts and arrive on time.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service at the store and at the pump.
• Ring up sales on POS and handle cash and other payment types.
• Maintain inventory, stock merchandise, and ensure store cleanliness.
