Luther Automotive Group in Brooklyn Center, MN is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The role supports front-desk and clerical tasks in a fast-paced, family-owned dealership environment.

The position offers an hourly wage of $18–$20 with flexibility for weeknights and weekends and potential for growth through paid training and employee discounts. Applicants must pass background and driving record checks.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and team members.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
