Knotty Pine Lanes in Pollock Pines, CA is seeking a friendly and energetic Customer Service Representative for our family-friendly bowling center. This part-time role focuses on guest experiences and smooth operations.

You'll welcome guests, assist with reservations and check-ins, answer questions about bowling, games, parties, food, and center activities, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. No prior experience required; hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, bowling, or entertainment experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
