Tampa Honda is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. This part-time role goes beyond the front desk, helping to create an exceptional customer experience across the dealership.

As part of Lithia & Driveway (LAD), the largest automotive retailer with 400 locations, you will greet guests, handle inquiries, and support showroom operations while maintaining a positive, professional image.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior receptionist, customer service, administrative, or customer relations experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Take and distribute messages to the appropriate team members.
• Page employees as requested by customers in person or over the phone.
• Assist customers, sales staff, and service personnel with general inquiries.
• Support customer-focused programs and initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
• Assist management with monitoring and maintaining customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and showroom.
• Work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
