Job summary

Graybar in Pittsburgh is seeking a Customer Project Specialist to work on large, time-sensitive projects and complex orders. You will serve as the liaison between the vendor and customer to ensure materials reach the project site when and how they are needed.

You will perform order entry on large project orders, prepare and revise material submittals, handle returns and credits, and provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software.
