Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Project Specialist to manage large project orders and act as the liaison between vendor and customer. You will ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites and maintain accurate project documentation.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and customer service skills, and experience with SAP and Microsoft Office. This is a part-time, in-office role offering 20 hours per week with flexible daytime scheduling.

You will serve as the liaison between vendor and customer to ensure material gets to the project site when it’s needed and how it’s needed.
