Weis Markets is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in Essex, MD. This part-time role involves greeting customers, answering questions, processing checkouts at the front end, and ensuring accurate transactions while maintaining security and proper cash handling.

You’ll help bag merchandise, follow tobacco and alcohol sale policies, stay updated on weekly ads, and keep work areas clean and compliant with health and OSHA standards.

Competenze

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required.

Mansioni

• Greet customers, answer questions and resolve concerns promptly in a polite, professional manner.
• Operate front end scanning equipment and cash register; bag items and assist customers as they check out.
• Ensure accurate transactions and collect appropriate funds; maintain proper cash drawer security and prevent overages/shortages.
• Follow store policies for sale of tobacco and alcohol and adhere to health, safety and OSHA guidelines.
