Weis Markets is hiring a Part-Time Customer Experience Attendant in Maryland. You will greet customers, help with shopping tasks, retrieve carts, and maintain a clean store environment. The role includes assisting cashiers, loading groceries for customers, and reporting safety concerns. Training provided for equipment operation and safety practices.

Formación

• Education: high school diploma or GED or in progress; no prior experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform light to moderate lifting as needed.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and assist customers.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly and thank them as they leave; assist as needed to ensure quality service.
• Retrieve and return carts, keep parking areas clean and safe.
• Help customers by loading groceries into vehicles as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking lot, store vestibule, restrooms, and break rooms.
• Assist cashiers with bagging groceries and responding to pages; report hazards.
• Operate cleaning equipment if trained and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Communicate with management about repairs, supplies, and safety concerns.
• Support store operations to ensure smooth departmental function.
