Qualifications

• Minimum one year of face-to-face retail customer support experience.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Ability to learn products and educate customers to drive sales.
• Polite, positive, cooperative attitude and teamwork.
• Computer literacy and ability to use different software and programs.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking with interruptions.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Build trust with customers and assist with questions on medical billing and disputes.
• Recommend products to meet medical needs and close sales.
• Answer incoming phone calls with a patient, friendly demeanor.
• Update patient demographics, insurance, and contact information.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
