Caliber Car Wash Fort Pierce is seeking a Store Manager Part Time to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences across the site. You will oversee membership sales, tunnel operations, and site maintenance while rotating through customer engagement, sales, and lot duties.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a friendly service mindset, and a proven track record in retail or hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for serving customers.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and operational procedures.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to learn multiple operational functions through cross-training.
