Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions (18 years of age).
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to perform the technical requirements of cashier and service desk/kiosk.

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance and follow policy.
• Assign fixed activities to front-end and service desk associates during idle periods.
• Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervision.
• Support and comply with all company safety standards and report needed repairs.
• Observe security standards and report abnormal behavior.
• Secure front-end change drawer when unattended.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation in compliance with policies and health regulations.
• Frequently perform cashier and/or bagging functions.
• Frequently perform service desk/kiosk and, if trained, bookkeeper functions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
