Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day customer service operations.
• Work with internal departments to resolve concerns, ensuring consistency and high-quality service.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Assist with training and development of cashiers and courtesy clerks.
• Minimize losses by accurate cashiering, product handling, and till management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
