Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and ascertains customers’ needs.
• Provides high-quality customer service and product knowledge.
• Develops understanding of contents and properties of all products to serve customers.
• Responds to customer questions regarding curriculum, proper fitting of clothing or similar issues.
• May provide personal fitting consultation to patrons at distribution store.
• Prepares merchandise for purchase.
• Operates point-of-sale terminal, finalizes sales and processes returns.
• Maintains attractive display and adequate inventory on shelves.
• Assists in inventory and cycle counts.
• May perform housekeeping to keep facility, equipment, and storage areas in good condition.
• Ability to work as scheduled including Saturdays and holidays.
• Assists in other operational responsibilities as needed.
