Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Florida LLC is looking for a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our Auburndale, WI location. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store environment while upholding friendly, professional interactions with customers and team members.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. and navigate busy retail duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
