Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions, handle transactions, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store in Sophia, WV.

The role emphasizes friendly interactions, safe handling of cash, and upholding store standards. This is a part-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and involvement in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Other duties as assigned*
