Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service, relationship management, and communication skills required.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and restock merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
