Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Gardena, CA to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, keep the store clean, restock merchandise, and help unload trucks while maintaining safety and courtesy.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
