Entrusted is hiring an entry-level Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners dealing with water, fire, or mold damage. This in-person, part-time role in Jupiter, FL focuses on gathering information, setting expectations, and scheduling the right Damage Consultant.

You will maintain strong customer relationships, answer calls, and coordinate with team members to move leads through the funnel, with a goal of turning inquiries into long-term customers.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule the appropriate Damage Consultant based on location and availability.
• Relay updated arrival times between consultants and customers.
• Keep records of pending items and follow up consistently.
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Other duties may be assigned.
