Job summary

Harris Teeter in Winston-Salem is hiring for a part-time associate dedicated to taking excellent care of our customers. You will satisfy customer needs, provide friendly service, and help make each shopping visit pleasant and efficient.

Responsibilities include following bagging procedures, offering carryout and parcel pickup, loading merchandise into customer vehicles, and returning shopping carts to the store. You will train with the team and help boost customer satisfaction and sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
• Ability to write simple correspondence in English.
• Present information to customers and associates in English.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Complete company training including new hire orientation and product knowledge.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding expectations.
• Follow bagging procedures, provide carryout and parcel pickup service.
