Job summary

Harris Teeter is hiring for a part-time Customer Service Associate. Primary duties include assisting customers, bagging, providing carryout and parcel pickup, loading merchandise into vehicles, and returning carts to the store.

Candidates should be at least 16 years old with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English reading and writing abilities are required; training will be provided, and a team-focused environment is emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations.
• Bagging procedures, provide carryout and parcel pickup service.
• Load merchandise into customer vehicles and return shopping carts to the store.
• Participate in required training and work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
