Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Store Associate at the San Antonio – Alamo Quarry location. Build customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions and help customers shop for the right products.

Responsibilities include delivering sales and production results, completing framing orders on time, maintaining a well merchandised and in-stock store, operating the cash register, and following SOPs. Nights, weekends and early mornings required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred; experience selling products/services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions.
• Help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide a well merchandised and in-stock store.
• Deliver friendly customer service; assist with Omni channel processes.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time; operate cash register and cash handling to standards.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
