Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring for a part-time Store role in Anderson, SC. You will help customers select framing solutions, provide friendly service, and maintain a clean, well-organised store environment.

Responsibilities include processing framing orders, operating the cash register, stocking, and assisting with Omni channel processes. Prior retail experience is valued and a positive team attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.

• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and selling products to customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating framing solutions.
• Help customers shop and find what they’re looking for in-store.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-merchandised environment.
• Process framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and shelving.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions to standard.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and stock replenishment as needed.
• Follow SOPs and company programs; support shrink and safety programs.
• Provide friendly customer service and upsell products.
