Job summary

Fortis Native Group is seeking a part-time custodian to support the Del Rio Customs Border Patrol on a fully on-site basis. The role involves general custodial duties, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, and maintaining a safe, orderly environment under the supervision of the Project Manager.

The position requires 1–2 years of experience, good communication, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US; physical tasks are demanding.

Qualifications

• Must pass agency and federal background checks, drug screen, and authorization to work in the US.
• 1–2 years of experience in custodial work.
• The Custodian's job is physically demanding and requires moving, cleaning, and lifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Custodial duties for Government contracts.
• Sweep, mop or scrub and polish floors; remove chips, trash, and other refuse; dust equipment, furniture, or fixtures; clean lavatories and restrooms.
• Disinfect high-touch areas (doorknobs, light switches, desktops).
