Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and understand safety regulations and policies.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to use or learn cleaning equipment and tools.
• Must complete a 30- or 60-day introductory period.
• Must read and communicate in English relating to job and safety regulations.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and required equipment at shift start.
• Clean and vacuum floors in offices and conference spaces.
• Clean and mop tile floors in restrooms and break areas.
• Remove trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean spills.
• Dust and wash surfaces in all areas.
• Wash mirrors, glass, surfaces, floors and equipment in break rooms and restrooms.
• Resupply items as needed.
• Use floor cones to designate hazardous floor conditions.
