Qualifications

• Stand for extended periods while performing janitorial tasks.
• Capability to lift 50 pounds or more as required.
• Experience using cleaning products and equipment for floors/carpets.
• Ability to work in a team or independently as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reporting.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Stripping, buffing and waxing floors of various types.
• Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash and washing/drying windows.
• Requesting cleaning supply orders and reporting breakages/repairs.
• Assisting building management with projects and duties as requested.
