Job summary

Planned Companies is hiring a part-time porter to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming properties in Old Bridge, NJ. The role focuses on cleaning tasks, bathroom and common area upkeep, and supporting building management on daily projects.

The position offers Saturday and Sunday shifts (8 AM–4 PM) and Monday 8 AM–12 PM, with hourly pay of $17.00. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift 50+ pounds, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Standing for long hours is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Experience with cleaning products and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Stripping, buffing and waxing floors of various types as well.
• Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash cans as well as washing and drying windows.
• Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages and needed repairs.
• Assisting building management with all projects and all other job duties as requested.
