Kettering Health in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Culinary Associate II to support patient dining and hospital operations on a part-time, first-shift basis. You will prepare, assemble and serve meals following safety and quality standards, maintain a clean dining area, and engage with patients, staff and visitors to promote a positive dining experience.

High school diploma or GED and six months in food service or customer service are required; ServSafe certification is preferred and can be obtained

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of healthcare or institutional food service experience preferred.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Handler or equivalent within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, assemble and serve food per safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming dining area.
• Interact with patients, staff and visitors to promote a positive dining experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with Kettering Health's mission and B Safe program.
