Job summary

Silverado Frederick is hiring Culinary Aides to support warm, nourishing dining experiences for residents in our memory care community. This role blends food preparation, sanitation, and compassionate hospitality in a team-focused environment.

You will prepare and plate meals, deliver meal carts, maintain cleanliness, and assist with dining area setup. We provide paid training, growth opportunities, and benefits as part of a supportive Great Place to Work® culture.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Certificate from the County Department of Environmental Health or local health department.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Willingness to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Paid training and strong internal mobility.

Anticipated pay range
