Job summary

Intermountain Health Layton Hospital is seeking a part-time CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT exams with a focus on patient comfort and high-quality imaging. The role requires ARRT radiography certification, state licensure where required, and BLS certification, with a minimum of 1 year CT experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency and review images for quality.
• Prepare patients and verify identity before exams.
• Perform exams per protocol and review images for quality, clarity, and accuracy.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist students and CT Techs with exam protocols and procedures.
• Provide patient education and ensure comfort during procedures.
• Operate CT equipment and related information systems.
• Keep accurate records of patient information and procedures.
